Republicans are secretly gay?
The Economist has teamed up with the pollsters at YouGov/Polimetrix to track opinion across America. The Economist/YouGov poll
According to The Economist, Democrats think it was a mistake to have invaded Iraq.
Republicans apparently support the invasion of Iraq.
In other words, the Republicans support an essentially militaristic policy.
Hitler was a militarist and rather gay. (Hitler was bisexual?)
The Republicans would support military gentlemen such as Mountbatten, Oldfield, Kitchener, Haig..., all of whom were, reportedly, a bit gay.
Republicans appear to be mainly conservative Christians.
They would be fans of C S Lewis (C S Lewis) who was a conservative Christian and reportedly keen on boys.
They would be fans of conservative Christian Cardinal Spellman, who "was known as 'Franny' to assorted Broadway chorus boys and others." Cardinal Spellman
They would be fans of Martin Luther, who was a bit of a fascist, and who struggled with his sexuality (Martin Luther was a fascist) (Martin Luther and sex)
Republicans appear to be publicly anti-Gay. They would have been fans of Frederick the Great. In Frederick's Prussia, the death sentence was mandatory for sodomy.
Yet Frederick was rather gay. ( nona-people: The typical right-wing militarist - Frederick the Gay
They would be fans of Roy Cohn ( Roy Cohn) who persecuted gay people and who frequented gay bars.
They would be fans of Kaiser Wilhelm II ( Nona: Kaiser Wilhelm II, Prince Eulenberg and Friedrich Krupp) who was apparently a bit gay.
They might be in two minds about Ronald Reagan and his gay friends.
